Cala Liberotto - OROSEI. This tourist resort is located in the Gulf of Orosei 85 km from the airport and 87 from the port of Olbia. It lies in the municipal district of Orosei about 10 km from the town of Orosei. The beauty of the area reflects the sea, the sand and stillness. A neighboring pine forest alternates with Mediterranean maquis and junipers. The seaside consists of a series of coves and beaches of various sizes, inlets, cliffs, fine white sand, a crystalline sea, shallow water, and a sandy bottom. (ItŐs about 1 km from the protected area of Bidderosa, a pristine coastal area).

Description of the house. The detached house is located in Cala Liberotto, on a main street in the town centre: Viale Lungomare 9. The house has a garden consisting of about 900 square metres planted with pine trees, bay, juniper, dwarf palm, myrtle and colourful geraniums.

The house has two levels. The ground floor has a big veranda of about 20 square metres, a spacious living room, a furnished kitchen containing among other appliances, spacious refrigerator, gas cooker with oven, a washing machine, stainless steel saucepans, an iron and ironing board, a half-bath with sink and toilet, and a room not included in the lease. The first floor has four bedrooms and 8 beds with sturdy orthopedic mattresses. The bedrooms are furnished and share a bathroom with bathtub and shower. The two small bedrooms each have two beds and two wardrobes. In the garden there are two showers and a washtub with hot water, a barbecue, and water storage. There's a gazebo where you can do magnificent dinners.

The house is less than 100 metres from the sea. You simply cross the road and after a few metres you can see the access to the beach on the right, about a minute away. Another beach is accessible by heading to the left after crossing the road.
